What to Do If I Accidentally Delete a Product in My Store?

Sometimes, we may accidentally delete products that have been listed from CJ. Then, some may try to re-list it but get the error information like "List Failed. The product already existed in this store. Please don't repeat." What should you do now? Let's take a Shopify store as an example. 

 

Simply, do as follows:

1. Find the listed product on CJ;

2. Delete it from the Listed list;

3. Find the product and list it again.

 

1. Find the products on Products > Listed.

 

 

2. Click Delete  > Confirm. Before it, please copy the product SKU first to search and find the product on the platform.

3. Find the product by the copied SKU. You can search the product by SKU on the search bar. Then, follow the same process to list it again. After it, you can see the product on the Connection and Listed list.

If you have connected packaging with the product, please make the connection again.
