Out of many reasons, subjective or objective, you might need to deal with the return request from your customers.
In this case, you can refer to this tutorial based on CJ's Refund Resend and Return Policy if the buyer insists on returning packages.
Please note that products can be returned to the China warehouse only so far. Besides, we highly recommend you contact your agent first if you want to return products.
Here are the general steps:
1. Go to My CJ > Dropshipping Center > AS Service Center > Return;
2. Setting > Fill in a store link and a store image;
3. Send the return link to your customer;
4. Order Number and Email are necessary.
1. Go to "AS Service Center" on DropShipping Center and click the "Return" button on the top right corner.
2. Go to "Setting". Fill in a store link and a store image. So the URL will be generated for your customer only.
3. Send the Return Link to your customer and let him/her fill in the form. Then you can contact your agent to deal with it for you.
4. Please note that Order Number and Email are necessary.
After the above steps, all we need to do is waiting for delivery. To avoid additional time or shipping costs, we suggest you contact your agent first if you want to return products.
