We will be going over how to import store orders to CJ Dropshipping for fulfillment. Generally, there are two ways to import orders, one is done automatically, the other is done manually.
How to Place Automatic Orders
If you run an e-commerce store like Shopify, eBay, Woocommerce, etc. You should use the automatic order processing feature. First, authorize the online store in CJ Dropshipping so that we can have the permission to read the needed data. CJ is currently supported for authorization with Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Etsy, Squarespace, Shoplazza, Magento. For each store type, we have general and detailed authorization steps on each page. For Store types that are none on the above, you can authorize your store through the API key and check the detailed flow's API document.
After completing store authorization, the next step is to find the products you want to sell:
a. Browse our website. You can find various classifications and recommendations of products on the homepage.
b. Search products by keywords or SKUs.
c. Search by images. You can drag an image or upload one by hitting the camera icon to find a product.
d. Source a product. You can post a sourcing request if you cannot find your desired product on CJ (Tutorial: Sourcing Products). Your request will be handled within 2 days.
How to Place Manual Orders
If you don't have any online stores, you will need to import excel orders or create orders manually.
1. Go to Dropshipping Center and click "Create Orders" icon;
2. Choose a product from your SKU List, or search a product by keyword/SKU from CJ;
Note: "Select a product" means to select all variants of it. If you only need to order one variant, please click "+" to select the variant you need. Or search a product by keyword/SKU from CJ and add it to the cart.
3. Confirm the product in the shopping cart;
4. Filling in all the shipping information required. If there is connected packaging, it will show a symbol under the product.
Note:
If the selected products are from the different warehouses (eg. China warehouse and US warehouse), then the system will divide them.
Also, if you enter the shipping information for New Order 1, you can click the duplicate icon (Beside New Order 2) to copy it for New Order 2.
5. Add to cart and pay.
The order created will show up under "Imported Orders > Orders". You just need to add it to the cart and pay as the normal steps.
